Major Events: DAY 4

3 AM: Juliet is discovered dead in her bedroom by the Capulet family and Lord Capulet immediately plans for a funeral.

Mid-Day: Romeo receives news that Juliet is dead, and goes to the apothecary for poison so he can die with Juliet.

Night: Romeo runs into Paris at the tomb and a fight breaks out. Paris is slayed and Romeo kills himself as well with drinking the potion. Juliet awakes herself and finds Romeo dead; she stabs herself to die with Romeo. Bodies are found by both the Montague and Capulet family along with Prince Escales when they also make amends with one another.

Major Events: DAY 3

Dawn: Having Romeo stayed overnight in Juliet's bedroom, they say their goodbye. Juliet then tells her father that she is willing to be married to Paris.

Mid-Day: Juliet visits the Friar about her wedding situation and Friar Lawrence comes up with a plan to fake her death to avoid the marriage by drinking a sleeping potion.

Late Day: Juliet asks everyone to leave her by herself in her room, she doubts the use of the potion. But in the end, she decides to take the potion and falls into a deep sleep.

Major Events: DAY 2

Dawn: Overjoyed Romeo go sees Friar Lawrence, who is persuaded to marry Romeo and Juliet.
Mid-Morning: Mercutio and Benvolio along with other teens joke around with the Nurse that Juliet has sent to find Romeo.

Noon: Juliet is given information about the wedding that was planned with Romeo by the Nurse.

Afternoon: Juliet and Romeo are married by Friar Lawrence in his cell.



Later Afternoon: Tybalt -Juliet's cousin- stumbles upon Romeo, Benvolio, and Mercutio; who then declares a challenge. Romeo refuses as he considers Tybalt as "family" now. Mercutio steps up but ends up being killed because of Romeo's good intentions of being a mediator. Romeo's impulsive actions cause him to take revenge by killing Tybalt. However, it leads to the Prince Escales exiling Romeo from Verona as punishment.



Evening: Romeo weeps in Friar Lawrence's cell when news is heard that he is banished from Verona. Lord Capulet decides for Juliet and Paris to marry.

Major Events: DAY 1

Dawn: The servants of each the Capulet and Montague families start the fight that involves the lords of both families as well. Prince Escales comes ends fight giving them all a warning about punishment. Benvolio -a cousin in the Montague family- converses with Romeo who complains about his love for Rosaline -a cousin in the Capulet family-

Mid-Day: Lady Capulet speaks about marriage to Juliet; how Count Paris wants to marry her. Juliet refuses: "It is an honour that I dream not of."(1:3:67)

Evening: Romeo, Benvolio, and Mercutio, -friend of Romeo- along with several other mates all in mask head off to the Capulet house to crash a party. Significantly, its the time where Romeo and Juliet first meet.

Late Night: After the party, Romeo sneaks into the Capulet grounds of the gardens which leads to Juliet's room. The young, impetuous lovers agree to marry in secret.
